Was surprised to find that i had to stick bits together. Havnt actually started it yet why is it called a holder

Lovely design, i have not completed my Santa yet, still busy. Instructions are easy to follow and he is a goegeous fellow. The only thing i would change if i could would be that we can join him as we are sewing the different parts ( There are he 5 parts to him) it would be easier to put him together this way, rather than glueing him together.
